As part of this project, we performed a comprehensive chiptuning of the BMW F90 M5 First Edition – a rare example, number 1 of 400 – increasing the power from the stock 600 HP to 762 HP and 968 Nm thanks to our custom Stage 1+ upgrade.
In addition, we carried out a Stage 2 gearbox remap, disabled the Cold Start function (for a quieter startup), activated pops & bangs in Sport and Sport+ modes, and replaced the default system sounds with a more refined version from Rolls-Royce.
The client also requested full-screen Apple CarPlay activation, Video in Motion for DVD and USB, Start & Stop system deactivation, and registration of service history in the digital BMW system and online server.
The entire project was completed on-site – locally, which allowed for full customization and thorough testing of all features.

This build focused on advanced tuning of the BMW M4 Competition F82, unlocking performance and adding features inspired by the M4 GTS.
Result? Power increase from 431 HP to 530 HP and torque from 550 Nm to 740 Nm. The car now delivers a more aggressive character and significantly stronger linear power throughout the RPM range.
All modifications were done locally – on-site, allowing us to test and fine-tune every function in real-world conditions.

The 55 TFSI 3.0 V6 EA839 engine is a proven powerplant — also found in the Audi A6, A7, A8, VW Touareg, and the S4/S5. In every variant, it offers a great platform for performance tuning with a refined character and serious potential.
In the case of the Audi Q8 — a luxury SUV weighing over 2,200 kg — the stock 340 HP and 500 Nm leave a bit to be desired. That’s why the owner came to us: to unlock more from this engine.
And that’s exactly what we do. At the owner’s request, we refined the factory settings to extract more performance — while keeping everything safe and reliable.
After the upgrade, the Audi Q8 gained what it was missing — sharper throttle response, improved gearbox logic, more torque at lower RPMs, and real driving enjoyment despite the vehicle’s weight.
Performance Measurements:
0–100 km/h: 5.03 s
1/4 mile: 13.09 s
With 102-octane fuel, colder spark plugs, and a high-flow intake filter, there’s room to go even faster. The owner is already eyeing Stage 2 😈

Meet the Mercedes W213 E63s AMG 4Matic — a new toy in the garage of our longtime client, Norbert.
You may remember him from previous projects like the F10 M5, Mustang, and S Coupe — he always goes for big engines and serious power.
Before software tuning could begin, Norbert took care of the mechanics:
• turbocharger rebuild and calibration
• new spark plugs, gaskets, intake and brake cleaning, fresh oil in engine and diff
• full detailing
And then came our favorite part: coding, diagnostics, and performance upgrades.
The ECU can be read via OBD or Bench mode. With Mercedes, we usually choose the latter — it’s safer when working with the DME (in this case, MED 17.7.5). This ECU’s software has some impressive tuning potential 😉
After dynamic logging and precise diagnostics, we got to work. Stock output:

After our tuning:
710 HP and 980 Nm
🔥 There was still more on the table — the goal could be around 730–1050 Nm — but the owner is a conscious driver who doesn’t chase numbers, prioritizing real-world performance and drivability.

In this project, we worked on an Audi A7 50 TDI Quattro S-line 3.0 TDI V6 – a luxury fastback producing 286 HP and 620 Nm in its stock form.
The owner – an experienced driver familiar with high-performance VAG cars – approached us with specific complaints:
➡️ Delayed throttle response
➡️ Sluggish gearbox response
➡️ And… dissatisfaction with previous tuning results.
The car is equipped with a demanding control unit that sometimes requires multiple attempts to overcome hidden limiters. That was the case here as well.
What did we do?
🔧 First, we updated the engine and gearbox software to prepare the vehicle for tuning.
🔥 Then we performed a Stage 1 tune for both the engine and the transmission, improving torque and power delivery in the lower rev range.
⚙️ We also addressed the so-called WLTP lag – a regulation-imposed delay that affects throttle response.
📲 To finish, we carried out functional coding: enabling wireless Apple CarPlay and disabling the Start/Stop system.
The result?
The car now feels noticeably more agile – throttle response and overall drivability now meet the owner’s expectations.
In a few months, we’ll see Mr. Marek again – his 2019 Audi RS6 is just about to exit warranty 😈😈😈

In this project, we worked on a BMW M5 Competition xDrive in Donington Grey – a beautifully maintained example fulfilling one of our client’s automotive dreams.
Shortly after buying the car, Kamil – a returning customer – reached out to schedule a package of functional upgrades aimed at improving daily comfort, audio experience, and convenience.

During our session, we also consulted on future mechanical upgrades – in spring, we’ll be preparing Stage 2 tuning for both the engine and transmission, as the car still isn’t scaring its owner just yet 😈😈😈

VW Passat B8 with the 2.0 TDI (DFHA code) engine is one of the most popular fleet and private choices. A legendary diesel unit known for efficiency and driving comfort. However, stock performance isn’t always enough.
That’s why the owner reached out to us – to unlock the car’s true potential.
We optimized the drivetrain, improved DSG gearbox logic, and performed a full software update package.
After our modifications, the car now produces 227 HP and 483 Nm, significantly improving performance – especially for overtaking and highway driving. Acceleration from 100 to 200 km/h dropped from about 26.5 s to 21.1–21.6 s. For comparison, the more powerful BiTDI 240 HP twin-turbo version does it in 19.6 s.
The result?
Smooth, dynamic driving with no compromises. The gearbox shifts more intelligently, throttle response is immediate, and the car delivers its full potential – all without sacrificing comfort.

BMW i3 120Ah from 2021 is a city EV that, despite the years, still impresses with its design and innovation. Even in such an advanced vehicle, there were still a few features to unlock and improve. The car shown here is our own personal vehicle 😇.
What exactly did we do?
We performed several modifications: started with software updates (system + navigation), carried out functional coding, and enabled smart features – Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Next, we implemented “chiptuning” by flashing the ECU with software from the i3s version, which has 184 HP 😎. We added SPORT mode and also changed the warning and external sounds to personalize the car even more.
The result?
More power, better dynamics, added features, and greater comfort – our BMW i3 not only looks great but also drives and sounds better 😌⚡.

Here’s another Italian gem in our portfolio – a Maserati Ghibli SQ4 in deep black. One of those cars that combine a ferocious character with timeless elegance – and do so in a style that’s unmistakably Italian.
Under the hood beats a true cuore sportivo – a 3.0 V6 Twin Turbo engine coded F160, born from the collaboration between Ferrari and Chrysler. The owner requested performance optimization, full diagnostics, and an oil service reset – which, in this Maserati, is not as straightforward as it may seem.
What did we do?
With experience from over ten examples of this stunning model, we can confidently say that the engine ECU in this car holds no secrets from us 🕶️.

Mr. Maciej decided to get his Volkswagen T6 Caravelle 2.0 TDI 150 HP DSG ready for the travel season. He contacted us regarding performance improvement, better driving comfort, and removal of annoying systems.
Why?
In its stock form, this model — although very practical — struggles with limitations caused by its weight, aerodynamic drag, and strict emission standards. The vehicle felt sluggish, and fuel range was unsatisfactory.
What did we do?
We started with a full diagnostic of all vehicle modules to ensure every modification would be safe and effective. Then we got to work — we carried out Stage 1 chiptuning for both engine and gearbox, which significantly improved power delivery and drivability. We also updated the gearbox software, deactivated the annoying AdBlue system, and turned off the Start/Stop function, which is often frustrating and unnecessary in city driving.
The result?
More power, smoother acceleration, a more responsive gearbox and – importantly – real fuel savings. Overtaking is now safer, and the driver immediately noticed a better driving experience. The fuel range also increased — especially valuable on long trips.

We took care of everything – from engine tuning and transmission response to the Bowers & Wilkins audio personalization, ambient lighting, and ALPINA welcome animation. We added some functional coding and – as always – updated the BMW digital service records.
