VW Passat B8 with the 2.0 TDI (DFHA code) engine is one of the most popular fleet and private choices. A legendary diesel unit known for efficiency and driving comfort. However, stock performance isn’t always enough.
That’s why the owner reached out to us – to unlock the car’s true potential.
We optimized the drivetrain, improved DSG gearbox logic, and performed a full software update package.
After our modifications, the car now produces 227 HP and 483 Nm, significantly improving performance – especially for overtaking and highway driving. Acceleration from 100 to 200 km/h dropped from about 26.5 s to 21.1–21.6 s. For comparison, the more powerful BiTDI 240 HP twin-turbo version does it in 19.6 s.
